Pearl Jam Lightning Bolt Tour

The veteran US rock band led us on a tour of Europe during June and July. This took in some of the biggest stadia and arenas on the continent including the San Siro in Italy, and the Rock Werchter Festival in Belgium each posing a different challenge. Not least the Friends Arena in Stockholm (national football stadium for Sweden) with it's 120 foot pull to the roof, and the bizarre health & safety practices at Nereo Rocco in Trieste. 

Each day we had the assistance of 24 local riggers as well as a multitude of local crew. Our spirits were kept up by the magnificent catering from Eat Your Hearts Out who served up endless surprises...including on one occasion foie gras pate and caviar for lunch!

We were transported in luxury on Beat The Street buses, with trucking looked after by Redburn Transfer.
